Personal Pod

The brief for this project was to design a personal pod; a space that would be used by myself as a personal sanctuary. The design I came up with was for a personal space that would be used to carry out my design work. The pod would be situated at my home and would provide an office space that would both inspire and allow me to separate myself from my busy day to day life.

Valuing Water

A project intended to increase the public awareness of the value of water. Public toilets branded and ran by Thames Water; the interactive space provides educational information throughout the interior, advising the public on how to save water within a domestic environment. The circular building features a glass facade  inspired by the splashing effect of water, and a drinking fountain that dispenses recycled water surrounded by a floor to ceiling fish tank.

Further Project Work

Here you will find further art and design work from previous projects, including an exhibition stand inspired by aboriginal art, a pop up tent for the Hemingway Vintage Festival in Northampton, an office building for the company Grupo Konecta which I am currently working on, and much more.

Workplace Design For Grupo Konecta

A contemporary workplace design for Grupo Konecta; a contact centre servicing company based in Milton Keynes. The problem with the original design was that function had been highly prioritised over form, resulting in a space that was bland and sterile. The concept of the development was to merge the outdoors with the interior, drawing inspiration from nature in all aspects such as form, colour and texture. The design incorporates a sense of fun intended to motivate and revitalise the user; it was vital that the final design was created around the staff to uplift the atmosphere and morale of all employees working for Konecta. Overall the design needed to display characteristics that represented a fresh, innovative and contemporary environment, which was successfully achieved.
